Lagos State First Lady and wife of the Governor of the state, Chief (Mrs) Oluremi Tinubu, has called on Nigerians to see disability as a great challenge to bring out the best in their lives and to look up to God in every situation, adding that time has come for them to take the lead in assisting the physically challenged in their midst to develop their talents towards a better society.
